Pessimistic:
Go through the entire game with dead fish in your aquarium without replacing them once.
Fatalistic:
Contemplate dead fish each time before you go on a mission.
Once Bitten:
When you rejoin with your squad from ME2 after being separated from them, greet them very coldly. Tell them that you have moved on and that you've got a galaxy to save, so you can't stay to chat. Don't invite them to join you (they're going to refuse, anyway)
No Second Chances:
Act surprised when VS, who didn't want to join you in ME2, suddenly wants to join you in ME3. Demand an extended explanation from them for changing their minds. They're going to point to the Reapers in the sky - tell them that you knew that the Reapers were coming, even back in ME2. Ask them how can they betray the Alliance by working with the traitor and former Cerberus member. Listen carefully to their excuses, then refuse them anyway.
Less talk, more punch:
Interrupt talking people 20 times. Bonus points if you manage to interrupt someone who's actually delivering some crucial info for the plot.

Some of the achievements should reference Star Wars. I think that would be hilarious considering that Mass Effect definitely has Star Wars as one of its inspirations. I'm not good with coming up with funny stuff, so someone else come up with some funny memorable Star Wars lines that would work.

Advanced Brotastic could be "Complete 100% of the game with Garrus and Jacob in your party". Putting up with that all game long would be a phukkin challenge, no doubt.
