Hey everyone,

I have been having a problem with our PW.  We use heed's PC tools and
the DMFI tools.  I have had the DMFI tools disabled since
they don’t seem to be working properly.  The menus all show up but the
test in the menus does not... Like the part that should contain the die to roll
or the tool to actually use does not show up and can’t be used at all.



Has anyone heard of this problem before or has any idea on how to fix it? 
DMFI would make DMing on the PW much easier and improve player
experience as well...

Does your onpcloaded event have the function to load the dm tool? Sounds like that is not running, or it's hitting a TMI which is making it not load the data on the item. Compare the script in your pcloaded to what is in the default module.

Other than that, you might want to read what gildur posted on how to get DMFI to work with HCR as there are quite a few DMFI version you can download, and not all of them are what you should be using.

Still working on a completely revised DMFI set of tools, but i have lofty goals which equate to taking longer to complete ( it already integrates heeds tools ).

Thanks I will take a look at that. Its nice to know you are also working on an integrated system for the future, so if I cant get it working I at least have that to look forward to

You could try getting the DMFI base mod from the vault as I believe it is set up to include PCtools
