In regards to when you are arrested and exiled is there anyway to get the items back? I would love to get my Dragon Armor Chest Piece and the other extras that I get for Collector's Edition and Pre-Order Bonus

I just started that origin and I'm pretty sure I still have that item in my inventory. I was not wearing it at the time of the arrest of course because you need too high of a strength to use it right away.

As soon as they kick you out its removed my whole inventory was removed actually. I had nothing but the sword and shield that they give you.

You can't get back your stuff. Best path is to start the origin over, turn off the extras. When you get to the point where you are in jail, save & exit then turn on your extras. They will be in your possession.
I tried just turning off the extras and turning them back on when I was in your situation and it corrupted my save. Just better off starting new game.

Yep, that's the way it worked for me as well. I'm sure it's a bug. Or really, not a bug, but an oversight, since the core Bioware team didn't make the promotional DLC, and the promotional DLC team probably didn't know that in one origin you get all your belongings stripped.
I'm sure it will be addressed in a patch though.

I never tried turning them off but I think its in the Installed portion just uncheck them? I could be wrong but isn't there a checkbox by each one or a disable or something? I could be wrong at work and don't have it installed on the laptop.

Exactly. You click on the checkbox, when there is no check that means it is disabled.
