 just recently bought and downloaded ME2 on steam, came with regular key and cerberus key. registered an account and connected to the cerberus network 1st time no problem. system was forced to restart without my consent during gameplay, damned win 7...... anyways when i restarted the game after reboot a message was displayed saying cannot connet to cerberus network, when i tried to connect, the dialog box for registering the key shows up again. so i tried to put in the key again, and it showed that the key was in use. now i can't play the DLC.... any helps?
 nevermind, i'm retarded. registered the game under a different email address...
so is there a way to merge accounts?

I recommend that you contact the EA-support because this isn't an issue which other players can help you to solve.
