 okay. I am not sure if it is a glitch or just a default thing for cassandra to say. But I uploaded my warden who did the ultimate sacrifice and left warden alistair without his true love. And it was said through the game that she was dead. Then at the end Cassandra says Hawke was missing just like the Warden.... Umm... the Warden is dead...

Just wanted to know if it was a glitch or just default scene.

i think that's a reference to the Warden Commander (Awakening), the one who is dead is your Hero of Ferelden.
So it's pretty much default, wether you have played Awakening or not.
