Maybe this has already been asked/answered before, but I have promotional crap from the flash game and was wondering how I can sync up my 360 account to this one here, so that I may receive said loots. (as well as upload character portraits, etc)
Sync 360 account with This one?

I've been trying to figure that out myself for about two weeks now. There seems to be a big problem with updating and syncing the console versions with the website. I have no official word of explanation or help but that's the consensus I've gotten form other players with similar problems.
I want my Flash loot too! :-D

If I remember correctly this seemed to happen when people had an EA account with a different user name or e-mail tied to it or something like that. Sorry if that's not the answer.. it's all I can think of at the moment.

On the ea.com website, if you click on the 'Go To My Profile' button about a screen down from the top of the page, you can log in to your EA account, then in the Select A Default Persona section, there's an Add Persona button - if you click it, you can attach a gamertag to your EA account. Make sure you're logged into the EA account you earned the Journeys items on, and attach the gamertag you want to use the items with. That should help you, I believe, or at least maybe give you a starting point to solve your problem.
When I first loaded up the game, it asked for my EA account information - I put it in, the same email/pass I used for Journeys, and the process was automatic for me, I wonder why it didn't do that for you.

Trickfred,
Thanks for the info. My problem is that I can't remember if the email I used when I first booted up Dragon Age was correct or not and there's no option to edit or even view your log in info from in game at all.
I did not know about adding my gamertag through the EA site and I will do that as soon as I get home. I think this might solve or at least get me on the path to solving the problem.
On the EA site it knew my 360 character's name so there is hope.
Thanks again for the input.

Hopefully you can figure it out.
Just for fun, I'm going to check my 360 hard drive later, see if there's anything I can delete that will make the game re-ask me for my ea account info. Hopefully the ea account info isn't stored in the gamertag itself.
Edit: Nope, didn't see anything but game saves and DLC files.

i figured out that while i had updated my email for my gamertag profile on the xbox website, it is still using my old email for said profile anyway. so i have to make a new windows live ID with my new email and migrate my gamertag over. hopefully that works.

I have been following this post, and I also discovered that my xbox live gamertag was attached to my old email account through EA.com. So I deleted my social.bioware account and then made a new one with my ea.com account that had my gamertag attached to it. I still see none of my game characters in my profile, it just says that no game data has been uploaded. I don't remember making an EA game account when I first ran the game on my xbox. Would be nice if someone from Bioware would post a solution on this thread,

I've had a ticket open with EA for the past 2 weeks with me updating it constantly asking for help every other day and not a response. I think it's one of the issues they don't like to work on, OR more likely, its a bit tricky and headache so they defer it into an endless loop of "let someone else deal with it."
