During my last playthrough I had mostly a primal mage who had maxed out all primal skills except only two in earth. This time Morrigan is my mage and I was wondering how I should build her. So far I have leaned twords the entropy branch getting death cloud and working my way up to death hex (on the 2nd hex) and I also have cone of cold. I was just wondering if there is any suggestions on good builds gor her. Also what should be her second specilization? Spirt healer is good because of group heal, but blood mage has great spells and with arcane warrior you can equpit great stuff. Any ideas?

Since she have already had some pre-built with cold, lightning and entropy, you should max out the cold, lightning and entropy for her. Entropy is better than the 2 previous because not much enemies (even the bosses) can resist it. To built Morrigan as a nuker is better than to build her as a healer. Healer is just for situational case. Blood Mage is fine, she will be an awesome nuker, but you have to be a mage to obtain it, of course!!!
Arcane warrior? Well, That's fine, if you want to build Morrigan as a tanker or hybrid. But it consumes the mana very fast, which will ruin her nuke ability, so think again if you want to built this.

Yeah Primal Cold for that witch. One talent on heal doesn't hurt either. Not a fan of will, All on magic, potions are cheap to make/buy. On the few time I ran out of mana, the fight was already won anyway.
Maybe one of these days i might make an all will character bloodmage/Spirithealer. But i am seeing a lot of heal/group heal and regen spellcasting.... might get boring.

If Morrigan is supposed to be the only mage in your party, I would recommend one of the following for her:
Primal/Debilitator Hybrid
First make sure she has Vulnerability/Affliction Hex, then give her a set of primal damage spells to complement that. Ice is nice because it slows enemies, which makes life easier for your melees. If you only have one mage, maybe avoid going for both fire/ice, as the best ice spells provide fire resistance to their targets. Afterwards, if you have a lot of melee characters, go for immobilizing spells like GlyphOfParalysis or Paralyze. Petrify is also nice, but tier4, so maybe not worth it. The general tactic is to shutdown some enemies at the beginning of the fight, then soften up the others with Hex/Weakness/Disorient. Nuke the hexed ones with elemental spells, while your melees make short work of the other softened targets. Another benefit of this build is that you are very flexible to leverage elemental weaknesses on enemies. (Ice on rage demons for example).
Spirit/Debilitator Hybrid
Same mechanic as the first one, only that you go for Entropy and Spirit talents rather than Primal ones to complement the Hexes. Advantage is that few enemies have spirit damage resistance, and Entropy/Spirit do this type of damage. Disadvantage is that you lose the flexibility you get from primal, i.e.some enemies will die slower because you can't blast them with their weak element.
Healer/Primal Hybrid
Basically means you don't focus much on shutdown spells, but build healing spells instead. Whenever no healing is needed, you just play her as an elemental glass cannon.
Debilitator/Healer Hybrid
The most "safe" or defensive option, good for Hard or Nightmare. You sacrifice damage output by mainly grabbing Shutdowns and Hexes, and have Morrigan mostly to freeze/stun/slow/soften enemies while you melees do most of the killing.
Some tier1 stuff you should always go for. For example, I make sure to have WintersGrasp (fast+useful), Arcane Bolt (supercheap and ok damage) and Lightning (when the other two are on cooldown) on every mage, so that they can always contribute something even when no debilitating/healing is needed at that moment. Glyph of Paralysis is also highly recommendable since its fast, ranged, cheap and very effective.
However as a side remark, I found mages work alot better in synergy with one another, rather than alone - i.e by having at least two of them. For example, shutdown or snare (grease/earthquake) skills are most useful if you use themto trap the enemy in an area-of-effect damage spell at the same time. If you cast one after the other, the enemies will already be on your toes before the AoE spell is out. Same goes for the Hexes. Affliction Hex is superb for mage damage, but the best way to use it is having another mage already cast an AoE primal spell in parallel to the hex.

for morrigan, i go with waking nightmare, blizzard, death hex, death clould, max on shapeshifter ability and 3 point in spirit healer. i build her as a shapeshifter/healer with main purpose as a delibitator and a second tank. my warden is a rouge assasin. my party consist of alistair, morrigan and wynne.. so i am quite safe with morrigan as backup tank/healer with delibilitator as a focus.
