So, twenty hours into my playthrough, the game crashed to desktop. When I reloaded the game, all my achievements and keybindings were reset. Obviously the keybindings were no big deal. Is there anyway to recover the achievements or edit the profile to get them back. I can't get any of my team-members special skills because the loyalty achievements are gone and I can't redo the loyalty missions to get them back.
Is there any way to fix this, or do I basically have to say screw it and redo the past 20 hours of gameplay to get it all back.

Sounds like your "My Documents\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 2\\BIOGame\\Profile\\player1.prf" file got corrupted or deleted during the crash.
You can try using Gibbesd save game editor to changeloyalty values to see if that triggers the acheivements, but apart from that, not much can be done that I know of.
