I am supposed to find Asturian and recite an oath or something, so the clues tell me.

The Prima guide had me going to the wrong room. Check the great hall on the second floor. Above the fireplace.

Yep the room where the veil is torn and you have to fight 4 waves of spirits, there's a portrait hanging above a fireplace (near the stairs down) you just have to approach it and recite the warden oath or some junk.
