Is there any way to make the edges of polygons look less jagged and pixelated? This is still an issue on high resolutions.
Anti-aliasing.

Not in the game's own graphics settings, no. You have to force AA in your graphics card's control panel.

The only way it can be done it to set up a profile for AA within your video cards control panel/driver suite.
Or you can just play whilst rat-arsed drunk, then everything looks blurry and less jagged.

Don't forget (if it's the case), to desactivate "controled by sofware" option, or it be won't forced over the game set up.

That's the way I do it. That way I don't have to buy a new graphics card.Bogsnot1 wrote...

What is the best way to get Anti Aliasing to work in Mass Effect 2?

Wow, I'd forgotten all about this. I was tinkering around with it awhile back, and never could get ME2 to work "right" again, so I gave up. Installed the latest NVidia drivers again several days back, and yesterday, when I went in to try my hand at getting AA to work, and AF as well, ME2 now looks better than ever!! Maxed out all settings (whatever 32x means...looks better than 16xQ or something).
Now, ME2 looks amazing..."Unreal" even.
