New install -- still having issues with 'unauthorized' DLC content.

I recently re-installed Dragon Age: Origins, and Awakening to my computer after a crash rendered my prior installs 'kaput', but am having the issue of the DLC content not saying authorized.

I log into the BioWare account, and the 'installed content' tab (after a few moments) reflects that everything is indeed installed and authorized.  I can then start up a new game with no issues.

However, if I exit out of the game at any time, my DLC again has issues and I get the popup stating:

This saved game includes BioWare premium content.  To load this saved game, an owner of the following premium content must log in:  Witch Hunt, The Darkspawn Chronicles, Leliana's Song, The Golems of Amgarrak

So I check the Downloadable Content, and in the first tab (available content) all the items I've already installed is listed, and after hitting 'update down at the bototm of the list, it all disappears and switches over to the third tab (installed content) and sometimes, is fine -- everything authorized (other times, those same four DLCs are again 'unauthorized' until I log out and back in a couple of times), but even when it appears fine, and everything is authorized, I still get that popup I mentioned above stating that thsoe same four DLCs are not authorized -- even though the Installed Content tab shows they are.

This situation has rendered all my saved games I've started up since reinstalling the game useless.  I cannot load into any of them due to this error.

I looked around this forum and found a couple of the old fixes people did regarding intalling the standalone DLCs (for those same four, ironically enough -- so lots of people have/had issues with them), as well as going into the repair portion of the launcher and clearing the download cache, and even removing the Manifest.xml file from the My Documents/BioWare/Settings/ folder. -- None of it seems to make any difference.

I have already purchased all the DLC the game has available, and would love to not even bother to log in each time I start up the game, if it weren't for these same four DLCs causing issues time and time again.  So, I log in, and it "says" everything is authorized, but something, somewhere, isn't playing nice, and it's really quite frustrating -- Dragon Age 2, and its DLC is near flawless -- never a single issue with anything I've downloaded there, but Origins and Awakenings and that myriad of DLC is nothing but headache.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.  I just want to be able to play those DLC campaigns, as well as Origins and Awakenings, and have my saved games load as per normal, and not deal with this 'unauthorized' bollocks every time I go to replay this game.

**Edit**

I am playing on a Windows 7, 64bit system, have the game patched up to and including 1.04, and all my DLC content is 'authorized' on the account I am logging into the game with, as shows up on my Entitlement page on this site, so everything 'should' be in order.
