(This theory is probably premature at this stage since ME3 isn't even out yet)

ME3 will be the end of Shepards story and due to the mutiple endings it will have i wonder if the game will have DLC focused after the main story (like Arrival and LotSB) that focuses on other characters. As there is a galatic war against the Reapers we might see DLC that focuses on lets say Tali dealing with post-war Geth and Quarian relations. Or even just free Reaper mini game that has us play Harbringer 'mining' for resources, for the really really bad ending =P

Any ME3 DLC would probably be material that adds to the main game, like Overlord, not anything specifically post-ME3.

I think it will be along the lines of hunting down the surviving and remaining reapers, with some trying to rebuild and what not... going into dark space... would be pretty cool imo.

I think there should be a post game DLC where Shepard has to go around the Galaxy giving speeches, getting interviewed, signing autographs, and finally but most importantly making an appearance at the newly formed Shepard Fan Club headed of course by Conrad Verner.
