I let her die because anyone who thinks wearing high-heels and a cat suit into battle is a good decision doesn't quite meet the rational thinking requirements to be on my squad...
2-Have you actually seen what Ashley will be wearing in ME3?
3-I'm assuming you also killed Samara, Jack, Thane, Tali and Kasumi.
4-There's an alternate appearance pack, use it if the catsuit bothers you that much,
I actually did kill Jack but I would have accepted her and Samara's ridiculously powerful biotics as enough protection against most projectiles in combat. I would even be willing to overlook the catsuit if she wasn't wearing stilettos in a firefight. Trust me, as a girl who commonly wears those things to the bar those are NOT practical to walk in.
I'm not trying to be a troll. I really liked her personality. She was a great leader and wasn't willing to hold back what she had to say just because Shepard opposed to it. I just wouldn't want her beside me in any sort of live combat scenario. Especially if we were on a mission taking place outside... high heels plus any permeable surface (dirt/grass/uneven ground) and the terrain is more likely to take you out then the mercs shooting at you.

This isn't the right place for you to be saying things about Miri in such a way....Katzen wrote...

However, she is going to play a prominent role if you chose her as a LI and cheated on Ash or Liara. Also, EVERY squad member in BOTH Mass effect games will be coming back -- either as cameo or a short time playing w/ them. -- I always google Mass effect 3 and read the latest news.

Anyway, like I said, Miranda is a Sentinel so, she is not supossed to wear armor and relies mostly on shields and biotics to protect her from gunfire. There's also the possiblity that catsuit is made of more durable material.
The stilettos are... a bit too much. Still doesn't seem to be reason enough to kill her, especially if you liked her personality, and Yvonne does quite a bit of fighting in Chuck while wearing those.

Um.... why would The Romance With Miri have a role in ME3 only to ****** off the me1 LI's, that REDICULOUS!!!! I'm tired of hearing that.
What about those who have ONLY had a Romantic Relationship with Miri, like me? I played ME2 first than went to play me1 to fix a few things then went back to ME2. I STAYED LOYAL TO MIRI.
What about players like me huh?!

Most "thinking" about Miranda by her fans involves long trips to the restroom with the faucet turned on.
Check the fan thread. We actually ask for her sexuality to not be so "In your face" and there were many of us who were happy when she got a suit of armor.
Do you think that just because Miranda is gorgeous, that's the only thing we can appreciate about her character?

I am intrigued by Miranda possibly being truly loyal to Cerberus and is biding her time to strike on anti-Cerberus Shepard, but that's a wish I have based on no inside information. I don't want her to be "a bad guy" because I "hate" her, I would just like to see an emotional well written betrayal in this series.
Her whole loyalty quest stretched credulity to the breaking point for me, and I've always wondered if TIM may actually be her and Oriana's cloned tissue donor father and NOT the unnamed most powerful businessman in the galaxy. I'd be cool if the Miranda we see in the opening of ME2 wasn't even the same Miranda whose in your party. Hell, the Miranda in your party may even be the ME equivalent of Boomer from Battlestar Galactica, unaware that she's been programed.
Convoluted? Yeah. But then the ME series is no stranger to stretching credulity to the breaking point. Two words: Shepard resurrection.
EDIT: Replaced "portrayal" wth "betrayal." Now it makes sense. Maybe.

To be honest, my comment was meant to draw the attention of a certain person I know who frequents Miranda forums. It was jest; if you love Miranda, more power to you.

I assume you were speaking of Me . If you take her to the end part of the game you know that she resigns from Cerberus . Oh but thats right you anti Miranda fans have your b*tch back in ME 3 so why don't you run over and kiss the butt of that little alliance girl who can not even see the real truth of what was going on in ME 2

Why? Why not a friendly Shepard who's already helped her? Why not Jacob, whom she trusts and has helped before? Not every person on the Normandy hates her the way Jack does. I find it hard to believe there's no one else that would lend a hand if Shep can't help out. She doesn't ask that you aid her alone during her mission, which is what happens with Thane, Samara, and Garrus- granted, you can 'bring' other people. but they're not involved at all in what hapens. Obviously it's personal, but she set aside her pride to ask for help once, and there's no reason why she won't do it again.Handling Oriana's safety is an extremely personal matter and she would avoid involving anyone but Shepard (LI) in it. The thing is, Shepard is busy and we would have to define just what is a "sticky "situation for Miranda, something that would actually force her to ask for help.
Anyway, I like to believe that Miranda handled Oriana's relocation off-screen as soon as she was out of the relay so, I don't expect her to play a direct role in Miranda's character arc in ME3.
She doesn't necessarily need to "catapult" herself into danger. It's very much in character for Miranda to get "captured" by Cerberus on purpose. Bonus points to the writers if Shepard's in on the plan. Using her as bait to catch Shepard sounds like Cerberus. And if she went looking for Oriana I'm sure she's smart enough to know when a trap's layed for her. So instead of Cerberus using Miranda/Oriana as bait, Shepard and Miranda could very well counter it to their advantage. Preferably taking TIM out in the process.
That's basically what I'm saying. Do I believe that Miranda would endanger herself to save Oriana? Yes. Do I think she'd go it alone if she had someone she trusted to back her up? No. You're not describing a scenario contradictory to what I'm saying. There's still substantial risk to a baiting game, even with Shepard as backup.
