My computer isn't feeling so good at this moment, and I'm afriad I'll lose all the Shepards I've done if the computer stop working.

So here's my questions; Is there a way to move save files from Mass Effect 2 (and other games I have) to a new computer? I can reinstall the games, but still have all the DLCs and save files?

yes, just copy the savegames, you can find them under: MyDocuments\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 2\\Save
Same for the DLC. You can either backup the DLC Executables or you would have to download them again.
