Hallo i brought the game on steam with the cerberus key and the promo key and i used them when i brought the game and it worked fine but.....
About a month agow i had to restart my comp cus it crashed  and now i cant seem to be able to get the DLC back it keeps saying "Unable to redeem code. That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again."
What can i do to get the items back? they aint in my "registered game content" and i dont have a clue about what to do.
Can anyone help me or give me and advise?

The only question I have is do you have multiple accounts with biowaresocial and thus may have them in the alt account. If you only have one, then you will have to contact EA.com support and best way is a live online chat support and talk to them about getting it fixed.

If you are on the same account then all dlc you have access too should be under your profile>your registered game content page which is all under your avatar photo to the left of the screen.

i dont have more then 1 acc so ill have to contact EA to fix it
