 My computer died and so I had to reinstall Windows and hence, the game.  Everytime I launch the game it runs the 'First Launch' scan and creates new folders in my c:\\user\\<name> folder.

AppDat着ቺ眢着ƬÁ and AppDat_______Á were created just now on a game launch.  And more get added for each launch.  Inside each folder created, is a Bioware folder which always only has one folder, Dragon Age 2, which has either a News folder or a Settings folder inside, sometimes empty, sometimes with one file.

There is NOT a Bioware folder ever created in My Documents.
