Tali was SECOND - read that again, SECOND - behind Garrus as most likeable character. What the F--- does that tell you moron?

Nice job flaming all of the sci-fi nerds. I don't like Tali but I'm one so... And popularity is a reason to put something in the game.  "HURR I don't like this feature but everyone else does. If BW puts it in, it's just a fan service." That is the logic you just used. And I tried to substitute all 4 letter curse words into the one **** after damn and none of them fit there all that well... 

You're in the wrong place if you want to flame Tali and Garrus fans, the fast majority of this forum likes one or the other or even both. And I'd like to find out how I'm a tool for liking a character. I'm sure BW is just using Garrus to use me /sarcasm.<---- that is the face you just made me make! Does that look like a happy face!?!?!?! DOES IT!

And please tell me who your favorite character is. Please. I'll tell you mine if you tell me yours

Garrus was the only good character from the first game.  Ashley wasn't too bad, but come on.  Miranda blows her away in every way.  Tali...ugh, zzz--whine, whine, whine, moan.  We get it, you created some sentient machines, and on the day Skynet became self-aware, they rebelled, forced you from your homeworld and you've since then had to live like you're on the run from Cylons, living on your ships for eternity.  Pretty much the rest of the universe hates your race for creating the Geth too, but stop crying about it already.  Jack had a bad childhood.

Don't feed the troll. Personally, I like Tali and the ME1 crew, except for Kaidan. I don't like Jacob either because I just never really..I don't know...cared. Does that mean I wish Jacob to burn in hell for all eternity? No.

Like a couple others have said, it's so easy to resort to petty fanboyism here, but I think abjectly hating a character is completely pointless.

Adding all these ME 1 characters into Mass Effect 3 is fanservice but you have to remember that pretty much a large portion of the fanbase wanted it so really it just proves the popular point that what the fans want in a game isn't always whats good in a game (well, most of the time what the fan wants IS good for a game but still...)

Personally I find it kind of unrealistic that you would all of a sudden have a bunch of old squaddies in your squad...I thought you would probably have a bunch of spectres, alliance marines and new aliens or something

Then again I suppose Ashley/Kaiden and Garrus and Tali are pretty elite and maybe Garrus and Ash/Kaiden are spectres now?

I'm not really sure...
