What's the reason for not letting Google index the forum for you (in the meantime, at the very least)?
A search on google for the word "forum" that is restricted only to social.bioware.com comes up with one answer:

I have tried my best to come up with a reason why Bioware wouldn't want their customers to find a solution to a problem on their own. Perhaps they enjoy paying support people to answer questions over email too much?
I find that hard to believe since I sent my question 6 days ago (reference number 091113-012398 if a staff member would like to help me out) with no response yet. I guess the game launch was even greater than they thought, since at the time of this writing my response time has tripled what was said to be expected.
