Perhaps the best squadmate to have in combat, great dialogue, interesting character, charming, pretty, etc, and she is only a DLC character. She deserves to be a full squadmate this time.

I want a chance to see Miranda and Ashley yell at each other.
Two Krogan and a Geth as part of the team can't be bad, either.
Mordin died a hero's death, so other than that, maybe Jack and Samara?

Jacob and Thane both annoyed me, so I won't be shedding any tears if they're gone.

I hope for Jack the most, her hinted restyle tease only raised my hackles more. Although it would be nice to have Thane as well. It would make for quality drama if Thane was semi permanent, in that he died halfway thru the game in a brave way. Then a new character, or perhaps Anderson could fill in.

I second this. Even though I romanced Thane, it would just make the game that much better.

I thought I read that Legion would not be a perm squad mate somewhere. Regardless Legion would still be my first choice.

I'll be in the minority and say that I want Jacob back. Sometimes I just don't get the hate for him. He's kinda boring sure, but he fits that loyal soldier profile well (although they might be trying to that with James Vega)

Other than that, Miranda and Kasumi. Wouldn't mind Jack either, not because I like her but rather a continuation of her story would be interesting.

I'd like to see Morinth return as well; I find her incredibly interesting.

I doubt she'll actually be a squaddie, but hopefully I can at least talk to her more.
