Every time I go to the Silverite Mines and trigger the cinematic... it crashes right before the elf's sister starts her dialogue. I have tried skipping it but that crashes the game as well.  I can't seem to get past this one point, nor will the game let me go back up the stairs to play other zones.  I don't mind missing the cinematic if I could just get past this one point.

Help?
