After  saying no to Wynne, she says, I will be here if you need me. Now I cannot find her in the Tower, or ANYWHERE.

Where do you go to find Wynne after you say no, stay in the tower to help, to get her?

And please do not tell me complete the Circle of Magi quest, because I've already done it.
And please do not tell me to go to Denerim to the magic shop to find her, because I looked there and she wasnt there.

What I want is a definitive answer of whether or not I can find her again after saying no, and if yes THEN WHERE!? Because she says Ill ****ing be here when you need me, and I need her and shes mother****ing gone. And I do NOT want to have to stare the game over without a ****ing healer, just because of some stupid glitch.

I think in some cases you can't pick up party members if you don't take up their offer of help. If you didn't pick her up to help at all before finishing the quest she might just be gone. If you let her join your group but then didn't switch out the characters I'm assuming she would be in your party camp.

im having the same problem i accidently clicked the option below what said "join now" and she stated the same thing but i have learned to manage its not that bad but it would be nice to have a mage when im not using morrigan

If you said no to her help then you have passed her up for that playthough,either playthough the game with said character or startover and go back to the mage tower and this time allow her to join your party through the tower quest.

In the Prima Guide it says if you don't except her help at the start she will not join your party. If you have a save before you first meet her start there, otherwise AFAIK you will not be able to have her join your party period.

yeah, each of the companions (with a couple exceptions) have a dialogue option/choice that keeps them from joining you (period). It could just be that you picked the conversation path that leads to her not joining you. Or, she's sitting in your party camp - have you had a chance to check there yet?

i defeated uldred and got wynne but its bugged because its still says i have the quest  to choose templars or mages but ti wont let me back in the tower...
i told ea and they told me to report it here on the forums
please help.
