Sorry to bump this thread but this is an interesting question, I don't usually metagame with my characters and so my pure renegade would assume a geth as an immediate threat, not to mention with Project Overlord we might be able to control them, even though such date is in Cerberus hands that does not mean we can aquire them for ourselves.
I want to do it at least one playthrough though and see the consequences, i.e no knowledge of the heretic geth or the virus they plan to use to rewrite the 95% of the other geth.
