Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your online storage. (When I use the diagnostic tool.)
When I try to upload info from the character creation, it tells me this: "Unable to access your online profile storage. The account information provided may be invalid." But it is valid?
Any help with this? Thanks.

I got the same problem.. It might be the server having some trouble but i can't tell.

It's weird because my DA2 works fine, but I think my DA profile is corrupt?

I've got the same problem - I'm desperate to find solution, but it seems there's none yet...

How many files do you have stored online? There is a maximum number of uploaded files (80 I think), and if it's too close to the limit, then the new files won't be uploaded until some more space is available.

Same problem here, I found the cause but am unable to find a solution. The cause is that the game simply doesnt creat the character.xml file for my DAO character when I save the game. As opposed to DA2 which does create it and therefore it gets uploaded. I'm desperate to know why. I installed my game at another computer and there the file gets created all right. If you cannot upload characters from DAO check to see for yourself: go to your DAO characters folder, in there go to your character's folder and there will be no (character name).xml file there. That's the reason for the game not uploading right. Now can anyone help find a solution?

My characters won't show up either... and it is really frustrating. All these achievements, but no character... I can't upload any screenshots either. It ist telling the same thing that SilentNukee described. My .xml files are working fine though, I guess. At least I found some files with that ending for each of my characters >.>

Isn't there anyone who can help solve this problem?

I've been able to upload characters/avatars and I can view the files on the profile diagnostics page but I cannot actually view the images or select them as my current avatar.

By the time of this post it's been 4 hours and they're still not properly uploaded, any help would be appreciated.

I have read the FAQ but it doesn't help either. Screenshot uploading error tells me now my informtaion may be invalid. But it isn't -.-

Still no help here?

Last response was 10 months ago, just thought I'd ask... any progress on this incredibly annoying glitch? Sucks that I can't access a feature in a game I paid good money for.
