I bought Dragon age 2 and i can't use for this error:

I contact the support tecnice but they didn't answers to me.
This isn't the first time i have problem with this plattform EA Download Manager, i never will buy some other game here....
From today i will buy on steam becouse i never have been problem and if i have a problem they answer to me in 5 minuts.
Now becouse they don't answer to me is there something that i can do for run the game????
Sorry for my English (i don't speak English).
But i loose a lot of time for something that should run in the right way!

Not only is English not a language you have complete mastery of, from what you've written so far, you also are not interested in READING the material presented here in English, it would seem. Bioware isn't actively monitoring threads in the General Subjects forums that I am aware of (it should be noted that this morning, when I replied, this thread had not yet been moved into the forum it belongs in), but same as in here, the forums are for gamers, and by gamers. Official support is on the EA site, not anywhere on the Social Site.

If you have a technical problem, there are a few message threads still in an actively monitored status in the Self-Help PC Technical discussions forum. I don't visit console tech forums, so I don't know if any threads in one of those is similarly "alive".

At present, most of the forums here on the Social site appear to be mostly deserted. with rather few messages being posted in the ones I look in on. If you cannot obtain satisfaction from EA's Official Help Site, refer to this guide:

Before writing any report of problems there, pay attention to the pinned threads on top in there (edit: in "here", now), including that guide to reporting, and then post your own thread there:

That is, unless one of the pinned stickies leads you to one of the few active threads that Bioware people are keeping track of, and you want to try to get their attention instead of other gamers' responses.

I HAVE DONA MORE THAN YOU CAN THINK, and i'm tired becouse i'm loosing my time.
And yes i'm not good to write and to read too, and what is the problem????
For play a game i must learn a language???

Try running the game as administrator. 99% of the games in windows ask for administrator privileges.

What can I say? I preordered the game weeks before it came out and, 2 months after, i still can not play it due to continuing crash in DX11 -ok, I can set the DX9 path, but it is not my intention- and, above all, due to problems in importing savegame from Awakening. Still waiting for the 1.03 patch and hopefully a solution fot the save with it.
But no problem anymore, thanks to Lord today is The Witcher 2 day and I can forget to have pay for a game that i still cant play like i want.
