I'm sure the question has been asked recently but I'm just going to put it out there, 2 weeks back I got back my ps3, and yes this is when PSN was down, from the repair shop and I've been restoring my data. Now with PSN partially back up whenever I try to connect it says I need reddem the code the cerberus network dlc, but the thing is I already have redemmed it. Now do I need to contact EA about the problem or is still due to the fact the PSN store is still under maintenance and the EA server can't connect to PSN?
DLC/EA server question.

I would love to know as well since I have already purchased all available dlc for mass effect 2 and cannot access it for redownload as it seems the only way to do so is have access to the PlayStation Store

The PSN Store and DLC has remained OFFLINE as the store is what actualy processes the payment details and DLC codes.
This means there is no server for mess effect 2 game to talk to.
The redeem code section is located in the PS store not the ME2 game.
The reason they cant activate the store was because of the 0.000000000000000000000001% chance that the hacker decrypted the password hash.. and wanted to login today. Every one who signs in should change their password making the hashed passwords use less.
Once enough time has passed for every one to change there passwords the store can be re activated with all card payments heavly monitored for ages, buy you, your bank and Sony.
The redeem code options and DLC list can then and only then be used. If there is new security on the store we won't know yet.
The cerberus network is still just DLC nothing more so you still need to Download it after a system repair this will re-activate the DLC. You will have to do this for most DLC as the activation will have been wiped during repair

This is what i am wondering i bought me all the DLC for mass effect 2 so regardless of which level i play the game on i should have access to all the weapons right. I already beat the gme on the hardest level and earn my trophy so now i think its time what i pay for is available regardless of the level i play on.
