Redeemed DLC - How do I download it?

I have successfully redeemed my blood dragon armor and shale with the codes I was given with the copy of origins that I bought - and I've downloaded the armor for mass effect 2...But there's no download option for shale and the armor for origins. How do I download them? Thanks in advance!
