I'll keep this short and sweet...

Background on the issue:
I recently cleared out all my gamedata to free up space on my 256SSD for my PS3. I deleted the PS3 gamedata for Dragon Age 2 and now I am unable to play my most recent Game Save file. I re-installed the game data, but since I purchase the Signature Edition, it keeps informing me that I must download the DLC packs to play my 1 and only save.

Now that PSN is back up, I can re-install the 1.01 DA2 Update to correspond with my game save, but I am still unable to install my DLC to load my game save. The PSN store is down, and apparently I need to be connected to download the DLC (unlike the update).

Which brings me to my question:
Could the DLC be installed manually through a USB stick like updates for games/ps3? I would really like to continue playing, but I am stuck at this DLC issue...
