I'm having a bit of trouble deleting my account. When I try this is the response I get...

EDIT:  I've uninstalled and deleted all of my BioWare games, folders, saves and all content from my HDD and from my Steam library. I still can't delete my account from this website. I'd appreciate some tips on how to get this done. Thanks.

EDIT2:  I believe I've got some unspent points and that might be what's stopping me from nuking this account. If that's the case then feel free to keep the cash and just let me delete the account. Thanks.
