I've been having issues with the DLC's (all of them) on Mass Effect 2.

They work fine on my profile, which is what I downloaded them onto. And they used to work fine on all the other profiles on the same xbox. Now it says the files are corrupt (on every profile except mine) so my brother can't continue his game.

I followed the recomendation on the error message, deleted every DLC and then redownloaded them. Every profile but mine still can't access any of the DLC's. They are corrupted across the xbox console except on my own profile.

Did you get a new Xbox recently?
Is the Xbox you're playing on now, different than the one your brother started his game on?

If so, you need to transfer your licenses to your new Xbox.

Well...I didn't get a new xbox recently. And he only just started his game. The DLC's were working just fine until about a week and a half ago after I downloaded Arrival. After I beat it, suddenly all the DLC's corrupted across the xbox for every profile except my own. They were working fine for him until recently.

That's weird. Typically when DLC only works for one account it means the DLC aren't tied to the console and you need to do a license transfer. But if you've downloaded all your DLC onto only one console, then that shouldn't happen.

When and what specific error message are you getting? Do you get a corrupt DLC message when you turn the game on, or only when you try to load an old save? Does it say specifically what DLC is corrupt?

If deleting and re-downloading DLC doesn't help the only other thing I can think of is maybe have your brother recover his gamertag?

I did recover my brother's gamertag. And pretty much every DLC I downloaded is corrupt. I find when I'm not connected to xbox live, they are corrupted on my account. But my brother does have an xbox silver account, same as me.

Should I delete his entire profile and recover the gamertag?

That is pretty much a symptom of the content not being tied to your console. Have you tried just doing a licnese transfer anyway to see if it would help? After you do the license transfer you need to requeue all the DLC for redownload, but they'll fly by like ZEEOOOOWN! because they're already on the hard drive.

How many Xbox 360s have you had? Did one of them break and you had to warrenty RMA it? If you did, they give you a refurb and sometimes they forget to do the license transfer for you.

Corruption is also a symptom of a Gamertag not belonging to the 360 as well. As Janus points out, the license transfer should be your first port of call. Recovering the Gamertags may also be required, especially for the account which owns the dlc.

Recovered my own gamertag as well. But I'll give the license transfer a shot. Thanks guys.

EDIT/ADDED ON LATER- Okay, finished the license transfer, and that mostly fixed the problem. There are still three DLCs that don't work across the xbox, but they aren't story related. Cerberus Armor Arc Projector, and another item.

Sounds like you've everything that you can.

Sometimes dlcs don't sync up with what is supposed to be available to you. To me that usually means deleting, redownloading, disconnecting from the internet (XBox Live), then starting the game to see whether the dlc keeps; i.e., you have the dlc offline. When I had a similar issue it took a few tries to get the dlc to keep.
