 if they want to put in same sex aliens/humans in ME3 ok but dont make established characters bi for the sake of it. thats my opinion call it childish but if han solo was gay in RotJ I would have been confused. It wouldnt have ruined star wars, but it would have taken away from it seeing as he showed no interest in men in the first 2.

I think that the LIs that are most likely to be open for a s/s romance are either completly new ones (either squad members or Normandy crew) or the ones that are permanent squad members like the VS and Liara, since I do not think that it would be possible to do a proper new romance with a temporary character.

can we have an option to disable same sex relationships in game for those of us that don't want to deal with that? it was traumatizing enough in dragon age 2 I don't want to go through that again

I have no problem with them introducing some new characters to fill the role of a same-sex LI; in fact I'd welcome it as it shows Bioware is not only willing to listen to its community but also handle mature issues despite the fact that it will no doubt bring the wrath of 'news' programmes like Fox.

However, I would have a problem if they changed any of the current characters to make them same-sex romance compatible, as that would be a pretty big change in their characters and I feel it could compromise who they are and their personalities that have built up over 35 to 70 hours.

Fox has had a taste of the bioware fans. Fox should know by now to stay out of our way.

my inner troll says there wasn't enough same sex traps in DA2 so i am inclined to disagree with your opinion

hell im in support for one random LI to be a transexual and for us to not find out who it is until we romance them. bioware, epic lulz are to be had. AND THINK OF THE MEMES!!!

I am not sure this is a good thing. Doing changes this late in the series for what? the sake of few people screaming on the forums?
I dont know, even some of the "romances" in ME2 felt meh (well, most of them actually) and considering all the returning characters, ME3 is going to have similar number of LIs. Adding even more quantity to cater to everyones tastes makes me worry about the quality (at least Liara should be a safe bet, right?).
Then again I did like Kelly in ME2. As long as its some small encounter like that in ME3, what could possibly go wrong? The worst thing I can think off is some "funny" social.bioware meme...
