Jack and Kaidan. I think his personality would baffle her at first, and charm her eventually (even though she'd never admit it), and he has the patience to see it through rather than dump her at the first bump in the road, or than using her as she always has been.

Granted, if Kaidan ends up being available for m/m romance I can see quite a few of my Sheps being with him, but Cassandra Shepard is in love with Garrus, so Kaidan and Jack? Totally!

Jacob/Kasumi - She sure does seem to admire them abs and Jacob needs to lighten up.

Miranda/Liara - No one said it had to make sense!  That said I think there is some possibility in this pairing.

Garrus/Tali - Fleet and Flotilla part 2, just because they both deserve someone who is good.

I'd like to see Jacob and Kasumi hit it off, as her attraction to him is mentioned in ME2... even if your Shepard is romantically involved with Jacob.  Apart from them, I think Miranda and Ashley could develop a love-hate relationship.  Throw in Jack for additional chemistry.

I'd say Kaidan and Miranda—both first-gen human biotics, both "complicated", and they've got the Alliance/Cerberus "opposites attract" factor.

I could see Kasumi going for Jacob, that is if he doesn't mind having a thief watch his back. I could also see an Ashley and Jacob pairing.

Garrus and Tali, at least they're both dextro. And they could share a meal. And we know they're both into aliens.

Thane and Dr. Chakwas. I can't imagine her age would be a factor, who knows if he can even tell how old human women are. And she has a thing for people with challenging medical conditions.

Joker and Kelly. With her psych degree, he would be an interesting specimen, and she could get past his barriers better than anyone.

Ken and Gaby, natch. Those crazy kids deserve some happiness.

Mordin, Samara, Grunt, Legion, and Zaeed are probably confirmed solo acts. I can't see any of them making it work in a relationship. Jack is also a tricky one to pair off. She would need somebody who can keep up with her, and bring out the best in her, but who would also actually want to be with someone like her. I can't think of anyone other than Shepard that fits that description.

I would be interested in seeing a Thane and Samara relationship, though it need not be sexual. Another close relationship I'd like to see would be Joker and the doctor. She keeps talking like they're close, but we've never seen it expressed on camera. Heck, I'd like to see a bunch of party scenes as done in DA2 at each character's home base.

I think Jack/Thane would be a good pairing. Thane is a very spiritual person and could help Jack grow and deal with her anger issues and also with her fear of death. Also, Thane would probably be amused by her.

@I agree Cel, but I hope there's a way to help Thane with his disease, either by helping the hanar with their research or maybe Mordin?

Also, wouldn't it be cool if the squad members could get together a few times down in Port Observation and just chill by the bar? Or maybe have some informal debriefing or mission-related talks there.

Really and truly, I would love to see other people in the universe interacting with each other without Shepard. I love Isabela and Merrill's scenes together in DA2, and I also love the way Fenris and Isabela hook up if Hawke's not doing either of them. I also LOVED Aveline and Isabela's "frenemy" relationship that develops over the course of that game. I would love to see stuff like that there in ME3.

Rumors hint that the squad will interact more than they did in ME2, which is something many people wanted to see.  Perhaps a romance or two will bud among our squadmates.  Still, there should be room for tensions between squadmates, much like in ME2.
