You just gave me the mental image of Liara bundled up like Randy in A Christmas Story saying "I love you Shepard' in a muffled voice followed by a comment she can't put her arms down.

Just on the "OMG I DON'T WANT TO LOSE LOYALTY" argument -

... has romance *ever* been associated with morality in ME/ME2? As far as I know there's always been a way to reject advances with a neutral option.

Besides, the paragon/renegade system in ME is vastly different to the friendship/rivalry one used in DAO.

In ME2 you couldn't romance 'em unless you had their loyalty anyway IIRC.

Plus, in Origins you can bribe them and in DA2, either bar can be maxed just fine.

Over on Something Awful, the general concensus is the Bioware forums are filled with really scary people who fly off the hinge at the slightest bit of speculation and the really creepy obsessed of the assorted fan subsets.  That I do come over here and actually post has had me called a woman with a set of iron balls on occasion.

And to bring things on topic, over on SA there's been some mild speculation towards transgender DLC as a future possibility.

I'm sorry, I missed the last part. Oh, transgender Shepard. Hmmmm, I'm thinkin' by 2183-21??, they would help people address stuff like that much earlier in life than they do now. Who knows, maybe Shepard is ALREADY post-transition.
