I renew my call for MShep to get shot down. Dammit, every female should not be hot for this guy. I'd also like to see an LI that would only really be open to romance if you're the 'right' personality for them - LIs that are vocal about being compatible with Shep only if Shep's Paragon, Renegade, or even pragmatic/Neutral. Nothing annoyed me more than being able to romance Morrigan in DA:O with my goody-two-shoes mage. If people want to complain about bad character writing, that's bad character writing, IMO.

Sure, why not?  Some single Sheps might not want full fledged romance but definitely some sexy companionship before the Reapers rip everyone apart.

A brothel would also be nice. Lets go to Azure.

I don't think it was a one night stand at all. Second only to Liara and LotSB, Kelly was the most realistic and meaningful romance in ME2, and it wasn't even officially a recognised "romance", even though it was and was better than all the others.

See, in my mind it wasn't.  As a proud amateur aquarist I see someone offering to feed my fish as a sign of long-term interest-- if not undying love.

In all seriousness, I didnt see it as a one night stand either. Not sure how it will be played out in ME3 though. (Would be nice if we could persue a full romance with her in ME3 too though.)

I saw it more as a no strings fling.  Only did the romance on one Shep since overall, I never buy the fish.

Bioware just announced they ran out of time to include the originally planned romance Harbinger option for ME3. Sorry. However, the husk necrophilia option did make it in.

While Samara didn't end up an LI, she didn't exactly say no, either. Her rejection was couched in 'if I were younger I'd totally do you' terms, or at least that's how it came across to me. Don't get me wrong, it was nice to see one non-DLC female on the Normandy that wouldn't have sex with MShep, I just wish it had been less 'maybe 300 years ago' and more 'just no.'

I'd like to see a plain 'I'm just not interested' or a heavy-handed 'You're a pig' (seriously, at least one of his lines to Kelly was ever so skeevy). Something to counter every other named female human and alien kissing him, fondling him, or being willing to have sex with him.

in which case, dinner is just that - dinner with a friend. I'm wondering if game flags it in any way and if it does - does it make a distinction.

and while I'm not a fan of flings personally, I would love it if we had more options like that, or like those drinks with Dr. Chakwas.. just friends shooting the breeze

Well, if you play as Douchegade Shepard, Samara's answer is more like "You're lucky I can't kill you because of my oath—yet"^_^

I wouldn't mind it if this happened. Does paragon shep still say something like that to kelly? Although Shepard is awesome and theres really no other words needed to explain why everybody wants him/her.

I'm pretty sure I read in CHud's twitter that they had received positive feedback regarding drinks with Chakwas and there'd be more moments like that in ME3.:happy:
