I entered the code online here as I was directed to on the card, then went to play Orginis and checked my available DLC. It told me it wasn't unlockedand I would have to pay for it. Miffed, I checked back here and figure out that the DLC was only unlocked for PC and Mac versions of Dragon Age under my account.

How do I unlock it for Xbox 360? I tried entering the code right in the DLC store that's within Dragon Age, and it told me it wasn't valid anymore. Normally I wouldn't mind just buying it, but it seems a bit pricey and not as meaty as I would hope for something I'd have to pay for that it seems I should be getting with the game.

That sounds odd to me.

With the 360 version you should have redeemed it at the main menu of the game. There's a bit at the bottom of the menu screen which says something like 'press Y to redeem EA code' or something and follow through. Inputting the code here seems to suggest a PC code rather than a 360 one.

It's possible, judging by what you wrote, that the code has now been confirmed as used. So when you tried it again it becomes invalid.

Verify again to see what, if anything, has been unlocked; and I would suggest contacting EA support to see if they can resolve the issue.

As far as I know, the offer was originally slated to be dated rather than limited to new purchases. When I bought mine it states so on the case that there is an expiry date. However, it turns out this was extended in some form and it was possible to redeem after the expiry date.

First thing is have you actually tried to redeem it yet? You make no indication whether you have or not. So if you haven't tried it I would suggest you try it first; it might work.

If it doesn't then you'll have to contact EA support to see what the official position is regarding it; I would also suggest you have some proof of purchase handy as well. Perhaps they will authorise access to the dlc for you. But be aware that there is the possibility they might not (last time I told someone this I got insulted).

Address in previous post above for EA support.
