I have the Ultimate edition and was waiting for the PSN to be back so I can add my redeem EA code and solve the "return to ostagar" issue.

PSstore was still down, but I expected that since EA goes through all the trouble to create seperate accounts for them, to have seperate services, and if not, I would just get an error messege.

I added my code a few minutes ago from in-game and I was expecting to "follow the on-screen instructions to download my content". Nothink hapened. I tried unputing my code again, and it appeared as invalid code.

• Did I loose my code?
• Should I simply wait for PSstore to be back?
• Is the a way to verify if my code is submited to my EA account, and If Ill get my content when PSstore is back?

Almost 100 vews after one day and no answer.
That can't be good...

To be more specific I'm talking about that "return to ostagar" code I got with the game because someone forgot to add it on the disk.
I added it as soon as the PSN was back, but before the PSstore got restored.
I just want to know if its activated and I didn't simply loose the code!

Anyone?...

Hmm. Good question. PSN is up. Can load the game. Check your content. In the last tab (Installed Content) see if Ostagar is enabled. If so, you're good to go as is. If not, we got a problem. I'd check the sticky about the DLC UE issue.

Could: On your side bar here: Profile > Registered Game Content. See if it's listed. Otherwise, maybe try to redeem it in Profile > Redeem Codes.

If that don't do it, contact tech support.

Looks like I'm in the same position. Checking my Profile here I can see RTO in the list. The link "more info" just says I need to be logged in with the same ID on the PS3 and "it'll be available to download via the PS Marketplace". But is that a possible issue??? Whilst PSN is sort of back up, the Marketplace is still down for maintenance. Do they both need to be working to activate the code?

I've got the same symptoms as the OP - added my code. First time, no acknowledgement of what I'd done. Subsequent times, just get the 'invalid code' message. Game is registered on here. RTO doesn't appear on my in-game list of items to download although, as I say, it DOES appear on the profile list here.

If that is the case as it downloads from the PS Store, you'll have to wait for it to come back online. Since you can't download it till the PSS is up again, I'd relax and hope.

When it comes up, I'm guessing you should be able to download it and it'll work. If not, I'm sure Bioware/EA will help you out. This is clearly a PS Hack related bull.
