I upgraded my monitor about a year ago from 19'' to 24''. Since this change the loading of areas in an online module I play in has increased considerably. Now I do not mind this in itself, and I did prepare myself for somthing like that, but the biggest problems I experience when I am in one of the areas where it is either snowing or raining. Loading the area takes three times as long as loading a 'normal' area.

I first posted in the scripter section, asking for a way to disable the rain and snow client side, but was then referred to these forums. Here is the original topic: http://social.biowar...2/index/7390174

Does anyone have an idea as to how I can change my graphic's card driver's settings to lower my loading times?

Just reduce the screen resolution to match the capabilities of your graphics card, although pricing for new cards has been truly a bargain for the past year to year and a half.

Hey, for $109 after rebate, it's a deal, and you'll not have to suffer:

Did you notice this post in your original Thread ? Take a look, this may be a great solution if it works.

I just whipped this together rather quickly, which means I'm afraid I wasn't able to test it. If they're noticably reducing your FPS, you can try putting these two files in the Override folder.
