Sorry i cannot post in tactic section, just wat to ask...

It is okay if making a fully Spirit School Mage an Arcane Warrior...or should i make her Blood Mage? I don't see any specialization more interesting for Spirit School other than Arcane Warrior.

Spirit School have many interesting buffs and have buff that restore mana in which usefull for Arcane Warrior mana drainage problem i think, have powerful weapon buff, stun spells, bomb spells, summoning spell, trap spells, i see she will become better than a Templar with anti magic and anti mage spells.

Spirit School have everything needed for a melee fighter mage i think. Spirit Healer specialization will provide healing she need.

Any thought?

Try it out. Everyone will have their own opinions, and you might like being a spirit school specialist.

By doing this though, you may have to pass up useful talents like arcane shield, rock armor, miasma and etc. If you're worried about the mana drainage from talents like shimmering shield, just load up on gear that boosts mana regen. Duncan's sword, any of the Wade's superior armor sets, Andruil's Blessing, the High Regard of House Dace and etc. are good pieces of gear that boost mana regeneration. If you have a bard on hand, they can also help out with Song of Valor.

I know those gears but some are too expensive to get. I don't like wasting time making potions to sell to get money. I don't have DLC too, so i must use what originally there in the game. So i must focus on talents to regen mana.

i want to make Morrigan Entropy School Arcane Warrior, too bad she have Shapeshifting specialization in which a waste, if she have Blood Magic is better. I will let her to fully using Entropy spells. Also the same with Wayne, fully Creation School Arcane Warrior. So i get 3 type of Arcane Warriors

Primal School is not fitting for Arcane Warrior i see from my previous game except for weapon enhancement, so i want to reject all of it. Not much mana to use Primal spells and annoying animation, sheathing weapon to cast, also AOE friendly fire is too bad for melee range. Although Walking Bomb and Virulent Bomb have AoE damage but it is situational and only 2 AoE damage spell in Spirit School.

I don't want to take Blood Magic for her because i want a full women melee party with Leliana. But if it is not suitable, then i will go for Blood Magic, Shapeshifting is just useless, so i won't take it.
