After defeating the Blood Mage leader in Denerim (Quest is obtained by a Ser Feriden who one can encounter his corpse in one of the back alleys. The map shows the location of the Blood mage leader in Denerim after looting and obtaining the quest from Ser Friden) he drops a Bedroom key. I am curious to see if anyone knows where that key is used at. Help would be appreciated.

his room is just outside where you kill him. I just picked the lock so didn't need it.

There is one bedroom in that same location which I do unlock it with Leliana. I wonder if thats the key for the same Bedroom.

It's used to open the room right before him if you couldn't lockpick it.

I've noticed things like that take up bag space as well, if you've surpassed the need for it, make sure ya junk it so you can get more loot.

Can you just sell all that stuff to the Dwarf at camp?

There is no sell price on it. As in it's worth zero coppers. So yeah it's extra bag space.

I've noticed that as well, but so far I can find no way to delete or destroy quest related items. And I've amassed quite a few so far. (I'm playing on the PC if that matters)

can't you just destroy it without selling it acutally?

Hmm, can't destroy quest items I just tested whatever I had...unfortunately that means I can't confirm that they actually take up bag space. The keys though I was able to be rid of...think I had two and I forget if they were a quest item.
Edit: Okay I lied, quest items are confirmed not to take up bag space, huzzah!

If you've already unlocked a door by lock-picking, and only find the key after, it should give the message "I have no use for this anymore" or something similar. This is just to eliminate any unnecessary confusion and bag space. Hope they do something about this.
