Just go look @ the FemShep thread in the Character section of ME. Plenty of beautiful FemSheps there. 
It took me a while to get used to Hale's voice in ME1, but now it's absolutely suiting. Meer has no emotion at all in his voice, so monotone. (Sorry don't wanna turn this into a maleShep vs FemShep war.) But then again I am female so I do tend to choose a leading female role if I can. ^__^

agree, sadly i cant make a good Fem Shep, since i play on Xbox and cant get the kick ass hair, but yeah the romances are really good as well, the only Male Shep. romance i love is Jack's, she is my main sheps LI, My, females is Samara, but since its not one fully yet and i doubt the will make it one, i use Thane as a second.

I play on Xbox so none of my own screenshots I'm afraid. It's based off this Shepard I found on masseffect2faces.com by user Zairaam.
Like how the face is cute but hard and not overly supermodel perfect. And red hair is the only way to go for FemShep. The best FemShep I've ever seen.
