 I had DA:O Ultimate Edition on disc, but having reccently bought the game on STEAM I deinstalled my disc content and installed the STEAM version.

On the disc version I was fully aoutherised to play any of the DLC however on the STEAM version despite having registered the game and redeemed the code I was given for the DLC, and that code having been acepted the content is constantly "unaoutherised". Everytime I launch the game through STEAM I'm forced to reenter my password to my account despite selecting the option to remember the password and log in automaticaly. 

I have not yet gone back and tried reinstalling my disc versions of the game to see if I still have access to the DLC, but I would really like to get it running proerly through STEAM first.

I've had a look at the sticky the game and the content are both registered to this accound and restarting the computer hasn't helped. I'm currently reinstalling the STEAM version of the game, if that doesn't work I'll try my discs, I was just hoping there might be something else I missed and that someone could help if reinstalling doesn't work.

Having reinstalled the disc version of the game my content is still unauthorized and locked out. Please any help would be great.

I have the same problem but I bought it from the EA store
