Okay I don't get it.  Playing an Engineer this go around.  Master Electronics.  Have Tali in the party who is also at Master.

Ran into the probe on Artemis Tau->Sparta System->Edolas.

Tried to recover it.

"Electronics skill is too low."

Have plenty of omni-gel and I didn't even get that option to bypass.

Casual difficulty. 

What am I missing?

Unless you have decryption and electronics confused, I don't know whats going on.
