Characters in ME3

So this is a speculation thread, what do you think the Squaddies from 1 and 2 are going to be like in 3? I'm thinking in more of a personality-wise way rather than what they're doing.

Mordin-Same as ever, he's done all the changing and self-discovery that he's gonna do, though he may be a little more focused on curing the genophage, depending on your actions in 2

Garrus-Grown up a little bit, less idealistic, but not too much so. More like the heart of an idealist wrapped in the body of a realist. A bit more rugged than before

Jacob-Same as before, though changed a lot in the way that Garrus was

Miranda-More confidant in herself as a person rather than a tool, more devoted to her work than ever, torn between her loyalty to Shepard and Cerberus.

Jack-A bit more soft, but not by too much. Fiercly protective over anyone she is loyal to or fights with, especially Shepard and even more so for LI Shepard

Grunt-More of a leader than he was before, but as fearsome a warrior as he was before
