EA Live Chat sent me here as they apparently can't do anything regarding in game items.

I played Dragon Age Journeys and unlocked all 3 items yet they don't appear in my Dragon Age Origins (connected to Xbox Live, so that is not the issue). So I logged into Dragon Age Journeys just now, and all the unlocks are now not unlocked despite it showing all the quests being completed.

How do I get these items?

If EA support can't help you I'm not sure what any of us can suggest except for the blindingly obvious to be honest.

I assume all your accounts' emails match up?

It is also possible, though I am uncertain, that because it has been so long that those promo items, as it were, have expired. I do recall the game does state a deadline, but unsure whether they enforce said deadline though.

Maybe others will have more advice.

I tried the Live Chat again, and I used my level 4 Coercion skills to persuade the lady to manually add the items to my game. All is well in Dragon Town.

Well, I think I have to go to EA's Live chat again soon too. My save games just don't work at all. Every time it's ****ing about having no connection, Funny how their facebook game does have a stable/valid connection. Spent at least 2 hours getting most of the achievements... and at least 2 item unlocks.
