Post them here :).

For me the biggest WTF moment was when I sided with the templars and spared Anders' life. The WTF came when he decided to repay my Hawke by fighting me after I spared his life. Seriously WTF!

Well of course he will side with the mages - he's a mage, and a revolutionary.
I was more gobsmacked by Orsino's heel turn (if you side with the mages) and all the other quests where mages attack you even if you're heavily pro-mage. A lot of Chapter 3 is highly illogical.

Yeah you basically go around killing all the "moderates". People who wanted the mages and templars to work together in peace. Now its just the extremists after hawk killed them.

Mine was All That Remains. Got to Quentin's hiding place, saw vague outline of Mother, thought 'yay! She's still alive!'

Two seconds later: WTF?! Nooooooooo!

Having player agency taken away from me entirely in Act 3.

That's about it, Apathy. Killing the people you are actually trying to help. It made absolutely no sense to me whatsoever. Best Served Cold should have been a pro-templar/Meredith quest, open only to those pursuing that branch. You should have been able to help them on the mage path.

Grace was a total WTF moment. Even Anders was in agreement on the WTF part. I'm siding with the mages, I clearly state that and she goes off her rocker because I killed her bf, who by the way was trying to kill me (something she was witness to). Oh, sorry, lady, I didn't allow myself to be killed by your boyfriend, how awful of me.

I do agree with everyone else that act 3 felt like a futile endeavour.

Orsino's decision to go out with a blood-magic-flavoured bang when fighting alongside the mages. We were winning!!!

Agree with others re Grace too. My Hawke helped her and she repays her by kidnapping her brother and trying to kill her? Yeah that's really awesome of you Grace.

The only explanation at that point is that Grace is no longer really Grace, but a pride abomination. Still, that whole quest is one facepalm after another.

Everytime Anders opens his mouth is a WTF moment. Seriously, shut up already.

Hawke's big pep talk moment before the final fight. Maybe snarky and aggressive Hawkes get something better, but my diplo-Hawke ended up just rattling off a list of asinine orders. "Merrill, cast spells! Fenris, hit the templars with your sword! Varric, use your crossbow!" Yeah, 'cause they might TOTALLY do something different!

Though maybe that was more a facepalm than a WTF moment.

All that Rremains for me as well. I had a deep suspicion about Grace when I "saved" her.

That quest is one more reason that Anders is hypotwit.

All that remains, oh that was so horrible. I had shivers running down my spine when I saw the scars, "no please don't be dead". Gahh... That was one. Still makes me *sniffle*

Hmm... another would be Isabela running away the first time. I played my first Hawke blind, didn't manage to get her to +50 so she left. I was heartbroken, she was my friend and she left me. My poor little F!Hawke.

The chantry blowing up.... First time I just sat and looked at the computer in complete chock. Ha ha ha, I had helped him out and didn't see it coming at all. Jupp, there were more moments of wtf but these are enough for now.

This was quite unexpected and shocking for me too :crying:. I had to redo that part cuz I couldn't do it in my first playthrough.

Ahh yess.... I had a sense of "this can't be happening, this isn't happening". Gahhh... that was also my first Hawke. She had a difficult life    :P

Master Ilen was kind of a dick in DA2, though. Every time you try to talk with him, it's "HOW DARE YOU, SHEMLEN!"

Easily, the ending could have been done better. I would say have Hawke side with who he helped out most throughout the game. I personally like....umm, no that's not the right word. Respect...no, not right either. Well, I don't blatantly dislike him. That'll do. But his Harvester transformation moment when we were beating the templars had me all "Holy Freaking Crap! We're winning! Why show off blood magic when we're doing fine right now?"

Anders' line about saying there's nothing he can do for her was so inappropriate too. It's like my mum's frankenstein; why the hell would I want her to stay alive like this Anders?!

Still killing an entire clan of people just for the mistakes of one elf is very wrong :<.
Ilen was only a dick in DA2 cause you are a human XD.
