 Hi. A couple of months ago I was "victim" to a server error at EA which caused a bunch of EA accounts to get deleted for no reason. With this, I lost all of the games I'd bought on the EA store, all stats I had in every single Battlefield game and pretty much everything related to any EA game.
One thing I overlooked at the time, however, was the Bioware social account.
Now luckily, most of this stuff has been sorted out and I have the most important stuff back in my possession, except for every single piece of DLC for Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age Origins. This obviously sucks big time for me. Whenever I try to log in to my old Bioware Social account it just tells me that an account with that email is already taken. Is there anyway that I can get back all of my DLC? I've tried contacting EA Support about this, but they insist that the account is working "properly", which it obviously isn't.

Is there any way to fix this? Am I screwed out of all the DLC I bought for all these games?

It looks like your old EA Account still exists with all the DLC connected to it. BSN accounts are essentially EA Accounts with a display names attached to them. Instead of signing up try logging in with your old accounts email and password.

If you are still having problems can you send me a private message with your old accounts email address for verification and I will look into this further.
