Can soemone gimmie the stats for a DAI rogue again?
Str- 20
Dex- Max
Cun- 30?
All other stats are base??
Wynne/Morrigan are Magic only right? Sten is strength only?? Alistair is 38 STR and Max Dex?

There isn't one specific way to build a character, though you can go with what you mentioned as a starting point.
As for rogues, you can either go max dex, max cun, or some of both. My dual wield rogue had around 60 dexterity and 60 cunning (base amounts) by the end of Origins. You can keep the base amount of strength at 15 (after fade bonuses), and get from 15-20 strength from gear bonuses.
