Approximately how much experience can you get in a full group prior to the final battles of SoA?

I'm running in the no-reload challenge and I'd playing a Kensai dualing into a thief and want to have his Kensai abilities prior to the end battle. (assuming I do almost all the side quests)

There is lots of experience around but what level are you going to dual at... BG1 will cap at level 8.

P.S. This is a BG2 forum so you'll prob be better asking in the BG1.

Yeah, I mean at the end of BG2-SoA so I can go into ToB with full abilities

I know that you can reach the level cap in SoA (if you drop into ToB with too few XP, you get raised to 2.5M), but I don't remember how far past it you can get (you have to do *everything*, though). IIRC you shouldn't have any problem being at or above 2M XP (Imoen might lag behind if you picked her up at Spellhold), at least, by the time you reach the end.

Im currently doing a Kensai/Thief (awesome even without UAI).
I think I hit Lv. 13/20 after doing all the quests and the first 2 levels of Watcher's Keep. The final battle in Hell was a cake-walk on HARD difficulty. None of the demons could withstand my melee onslaught with a dual axe welding Korgan and my dual welding K/T.

unless you dualed at some obscure level like 20, you should have no problems unlocking K/T before the end of the game.

With ToB installed and after running through Watcher's Keep, the vanilla end fight is ridiculously easy.

The demons practically get owned in one round by your fighters alone.

Shadows of Amn + Watcher's Keep together should have around 24,000,000 XP in reward (kills, quests, etc), if I recall correctly. Meaning that in a full party, you'll have 4M XP with each party member by the final battle, meaning top tier spells, High Level abilities and items from Watcher's Keep of course.

You should be able to do the first 2 levels of Watchers Keep in SoA without too much agony. You might want to wait until ToB to finish it. After 2 levels you'll be tough enough to dispose of Jon I.'s ass without too much trouble.
