If I remember correctly the codex entry about the M-35 Mako said that one was standard issue on all alliance frigates. With that being said, now that we are technically back in the Alliance in ME3 will there be a Mako in the SR-2’s cargo hold?

Probably not.
It might have been standard issue once, but I very much expect (assuming vehicles make a return) that the alliance upgraded their standard issue vehicle to something more akin to the Hammerhead.
Hammerhead controls and look with Mako weapons and armour. That is what I want.

Huh, you know it might. Hopefully they tighten up the controls for it. It just needed a few tweaks in my opinion.

Nope, there won't... because BioWare said they didn't wanted any old vehicule into the new game so I'm assuming from 2183 to 2186/7 the Alliance dumped those retarded piece of trash into dump without any steering and bought something cooler... like some frickin' european stuff instead of Ford's crap...
Something like this :

but with guns.

I really hope that Bioware brings back the mako, also I really want to be able to walk around the cargo bay of the Normandy, I mean you can see the walkway from the elevator to the cargo bay when you’re on the stair well leading to Jack’s hiding hole.

We are gonna get an upgrade
the M-155 Great White
Dual 9kg Mass Accelerators capable of disintegrating soft targets and bombarding large scale defenses.
Also, it flies. Into space.
