If they add s/s romance with Tali, I'm definitely making 2 playthroughs.

I have a problem where, I only played 1 playthrough...But I know if I play another one, I'll just end up going the same exact path. (Paragon, being a vanguard 'cuz vanguards are awesome.) So...I dunno if I should... =/ But I would save Ashley instead of Kaidan in ME1 instead...Hmm.

Same, got three saves from ME1 and every choice is the same, except the background for one who is a colonist instead of earthborn.
I tried to do a renegade run but failed.
ME2 is the same.
I wonder at myself why I replay it but choose the same paths everytime....

What kept me playing ME2? It was the combat.
I will likely go through ME1 and ME2 right before ME3 hits just for fun.

Is Colonist vs Earthborn much different? (I'm guessing some dialogue and mission wise.) I dunno if I could go earthborn...What a terrible lifestyle. :[ Spacer is like she's being spoiled...Colonist is perfect.ZombieGeisha wrote...

Spoiled?! No way! Miranda rips on you for having "no foundation" for stability and being educated by "on-ship tutorials." Spacer kids definitely aren't spoiled.
Besides, as a Spacer, you get to be a military kid from a military family. And being a miliatry brat m'self, I have to say that some of the conversations with Ashley were pretty dead-on. Military upbringing... in space!

I dunno...I like the idea of fighting for a cause, not joining because it's like family tradition. And by spoiled I mean, still having contact with your parents that are alive...I guess spoiled isn't exactly the term, but you get what I mean. The other 2 options unfortunately don't. As colonist/war-hero, you get retribution, which I like.

Oh yeah, I have to admit, getting to talk to your mom, Hannah Shepard, is pretty awesome. I feel sorry for Colonist and Earthborn, because they don't get that kind of personal connection. (Though, if it makes you feel better, I have a feeling that Hannah Shepard is going to get killed in ME3. Eeep!)
Oh man, Colonist/War Hero is cool.... But I really like playing Spacer/Ruthless, or Spacer/Sole Survivor, because then you get to be the family f**k-up who came from military stock, but failed to become the hero everyone expected you to be. It turns Shepard's overall story into one of redemption, makin' Mama Shepard proud! I really like that angle, for some reason.

I do plan on playing it again along with ME1 closer to release, but I've got enough things to keep me busy until then.
From time to time I load up the Suicide Mission whenever I just feel like having some fun + a few epic moments.

When the game came out, I made like 7 or 8 playthroughs on the easier difficulties. Then there was Dragon Age II, Shogun II. But when I finally figured out how to get some of the DLCs without my credit chit (damn quarians!) the game even became more depth. I just love Kasumi/Zaeed/LotSB. So I came back to the best game ever so far, in my opinion of course.
So I finished these missions with my 6 Shepards (one for each class). But I got the feeling I was missing out something. Now I have 12 Shepards.
At the moment I am doing Insanity playthroughs, one for each class and it's Shotgun Adept's turn. Sometimes it's a pain, but there is pretty good advice in these forums.
There is only one point of frustration in this game: Starting a new game with level 30 is extremely unforgiving and sometimes just painful, at least on Insanity, I find.

Absolutely. Same goes for ME1. In fact, I plan to create a new Shepard and play ME1 and ME2 back to back this June.
Doing this now. Halfway through a paragon soldier playthrough on ME1. Import into ME2, finish that, then start again on ME1, but renagade in another class, adept of vanguard probably.
