It's in the drop-down "games" menu at the top of the screen. Stuff you've already bought is in the "profile->your registered games content" on the left.
Edit: though I agree that it's not especially obvious and the menus aren't always particularly intuitive or helpfully named.
Oh, and before the usual culprit makes a rude comment, the best place to ask is probably the social.bioware.com site help forum.
